Safe Storage of USA

I’ve had a storage unit here for a few years now. Everyone has been kind and courteous. I especially chose Safe Storage due to it being the the only secure. Security cameras installed. The staff are super helpful. This place helped me greatly with all of my storage needs. Convenient location. I would recommend to anyone for their storage needs.

We recently moved to the area and I reserved a 10x20' climate controlled unit. The unit was advertised as being 24 hours and I received instructions on how to disengage the provided lock on the unit so I could put on my own padlock. So far, so good. We arrive on a Sunday with movers arranged and cannot find the unit. Our unit was an S"

I have had a space at Safe Storage for several years and have never had a problem with them. Everyone I have ever talked with has always been cordial and professional. I have zero worries as I know that my items are safe there.

The location is reasonably placed outside of a residential area, locks are tight and I feel secure in using the storage unit.

Easy rental process. I was happy to be able to do everything online and through text, so I didn't have to take time off to go there during working hours.

Was able to get my storage unit right then. Wish they removed the snow in front of the storage doors so we could access our units in the winter as well. But overall no problems

Customer service is very helpful and on top of things. My service sucked and I kept losing them and they actually called me back to check on me! The unit is a typical outside storage unit. I like that it is built up from the ground a few inches so we don’t have to worry about water going under the door. It was perfect for what I needed. They provided a lock and I like that the units are always lit outside and there is enough lighting to put things in when it’s dark. I’d recommend them. It’s affordable and convenient.
