Not recommended. This place and their accounting department can't figure out their accounts at all. Our last month's deposit could not be refunded and we were overcharged $600 and after 5 emails no one came to fix it. Everyone is just endlessly passing the buck instead of solving the problem. PLEASE HAVE OUR MONEY BACK.

Varsity Properties has made my move from home to Kingston smooth and stress free. The customer service is always pleasant, and Varsity has always responded to my questions and concerns in a proactive manner. I've enjoyed being a Varsity Properties resident for over a year now, and am glad to be part of this community.

My experience with Varsity Properties has been nothing but top notch. The buildings are great and renovated which is a nice change of pace, especially compared to the average student housing. I especially enjoy the fact that staff are really helpful and quick to respond, makes things much easier. Finally, the housekeeping service is just superb, not something that's common and has definitely made my life a lot easier as a student. I can simply focus on my studies without worrying about my living situation, which has been of tremendous value. Would definitely recommend Varsity to any current or future students.

Great experience with Varsity Properties. From signing the lease to moving out, the professional staff made the entire renting experience very smooth. The housing quality was fantastic, while the monthly rent was still very affordable. I would highly recommend Varsity Properties to future students.

My apartment caught a fire a week ago. Varsity Properties handled the situation in an extremely professional and caring way.They stopped by every morning to ask if they could do anything to help me with handling post-fire issues such as contacting insurance, cleaning the apartment and dealing with the stove. Not only did they ask, they also approached me in a very humane and caring way in which they conversed with me and asked about how things are going with me such as school and other personal issues which calmed me a lot.I assure you no other property management company would probably go out of their way to help their tenants.Long live Varsity!

I have been a tenant of Varsity Properties for about 7 months, and my experience so far has been outstanding and refreshing, in comparison to typical student housing in the Queen's University district. I have had few issues whatsoever, and the ones that have come up have been addressed promptly and professionally. I am pleased and would definitely choose Varsity again in the future.

I've been a tenant here for about 6 years. Overall I'd rate my experience 4 stars because the employees you deal with day to day (maintenance, housekeeping) are all fantastic. They clearly care about their work and the well being of the tenants. Management could do a better job. They've been difficult to deal with on a few occasions.

All the Varsity properties I’ve seen are much nicer than the typical student housing. House keeping comes every other week, which makes a big difference. If anything goes wrong they have it fixed within 24 hours and the staff are always very friendly. I’d definitely recommend Varsity properties to other students.

Expensive price of the rent. Paying the price that you can rent for a 2b2b, but you only get 3b1b here. The property is terrible and doesn’t care about your concerns once you made the lease.

It's my second year with Varsity properties and honestly i have no complaints so far! Residences are really well maintained and much nicer than most of the apartments on campus. The management is very helpful and professional. I highly recommend Varsity Properties for students looking for a comfortable and clean place to live in.
