Service is really bad, staff on the phone has a really bad attitude. Also window installers mainly don't speak English so there's a huge communication problem. After the installation I found a crack on one of the window corners and installers confirmed that before they left. They said they will reorder it but I waited 2 weeks until I called the office to find out nothing was put in the system for the reorder. Office staff Diana gave me a really bad attitude and cut me off before I finished raising my concern n she even hung up on me. Not to mention the many dents and scratches installers made to my hardwood floors on 2nd floor and one of the walls. Sales coordinator Cherry is obviously not providing any after sales service at all. She failed to set customers expectation on what the next steps are.
