Absolutely love this company! They stand behind all their products and even go the extra mile to please their customers. A mom with two little kids strapped in car seats, and one sleeping. Ordered an item, was quoted 2-3 days delivery. Called after more than a week to check on status. Was told they would look in to it and get back to me, never did. Called again 2 days later was told it would be in on Monday. Showed up on Monday to pick up ordered item after rearranging my schedule for the next 2 weeks to accommodate. Not there, told it would be in the next day. lack of communication with customers is a huge hurdle that they need to overcome.Update.. they reached out to me today in an effort to correct the situation, unfortunately it was too late in this case, but they showed a true concern about it and a desire to do better. Although we had differing opinions, I must say that it was nice to see a business that still cares about there customers and doesn't just see them as a dollar sign.

Great experience!! I visited looking for a part for an old fuse panel for the cottage. To my surprise, they managed to have the part kicking around in an old storage parts bin.

Through work I have known Gerrie Electric and had a high opinion of them, however, yesterday drastically improved that for me. The staff at this store showed a level of kindness and generosity that I won't forget while aiding a close friend of mine. They didn't have to but they did and I can't thank them enough.
