I went to their office on May 31st and the office was closed. The sign in the photo was leaning beside the office door. About one week later, I needed quick (like within 24 hours) replies and answers after I made a purchase at AllStar Auctions next door. I called and left messages for Kelley asking if I could get OUTSIDE storage for a 29 foot 5th wheel travel trailer. I left 2 messages for Kelley that were not returned. However I was still able to book an appointment" using their Facebook page. Eight hours later I still had not received call back or email reply confirming my appointment or responding to my two previous phone messages. Finally I called AGAIN and Kelley answered the phone and told me that their outside storage is full. To be fair I recall that the message on their answering machine said that all of their "storage units" were fully booked. To me a "storage unit" is inside storage. I made the MISTAKE of assuming that their outside lot which appeared to be 1/2 full or less was available. Reliable Self Storage could improve by responding to phone messages in less that 8 hours. The same standard applies for their appointment booking. They could also diferentiate between indoor and outdoor yard storage availability. I REALLY wanted to become a customer. They let me down. So sad for me! :("
