My husband passed away October 19, 2017. One month to the day I was required to call Wayne Heubner to see why his associate has not come to my home to do the required paperwork. He had totally forgotten about us. Three months later still no Urn for my husbands ashes. Very poor treatment. As this is such a difficult time for us we believed that the treatment should have been much better. Mr. Heubner charged for services not carried out, and he has now removed my husband s Obituary from his site and also all of the condolences have been removed. I sent email asking why all had been removed and to date no reply. I cancelled my arrangements as I do not wish my family to go through the hardship that I was subjected too."
