This place needs new management. Nothing against the Frontline workers, but ive been to this restaurant two times in the last two years and both times the wait was over an hour to get food, on top of the twenty minutes standing to get a table.Hopefully people dont give the Frontline workers too much trouble, very wonderful people.Management get it together, your food isnt that good.

Rooms were clean but a little runned down. Bathrooms need updating. Hotel was barely full but by 8:00 am only freezing cold showers available. Breakfast service was too slow with waits.

We visited the restaurant only - but the premises of the hotel were clean and location easy to find on the main drag. Service at the restaurant was great the waitress brought us a jug of water just for the two of us when she saw we drank ours quickly.Menu had a variety of options and the servings were generous. For sit down family meals in Lewisporte we came to the right place here.

Had dinner at the restaurant because heard it was excellent food...I was not disappointed...aside from my own cooking it was the best home cooked meal I have had while travelling... absolutely incredible meal..

WITH THE SNOW STORM THAT LANDED A GRAND AMOUNT OF SNOW OVER NIGHT AND WAS STILL SNOWING IN THE MORNING, THE COMPANY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PARKING LOT WAS GREAT. EVEN THOU THEY HAD NOT YET GOT TO THE INN'S LOT YET, THEY HELP ME GET OUT BY PLOWING IN FRONT OF ME. I WAS NOT LATE FOR WORK AND GRATEFUL. THE ONLY THING IS I HOPE THAT WILL GET BACK TO NORMAL IS HAVING SOMEONE ON THE FRONT DESK AT ALL TIMES. THE GIRLS ON THE DESK ARE ALWAYS HELPFUL AND GREET YOU WITH A TRUE SMILE. ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN AND GREAT FOR ME WITH PETS. i WOULD HAVE NO PROBLEM RETURNING FOR ANY TYPE OF STAY IN THE FUTURE

Stays here during two trips. Nice place to stay in a small town. Friendly and nice staff members. Small organized bar next to reception with affordable prices.

I only stopped in for food.The dining room is big and spacious. Gives the impression of being clean. The menu has a selection of home cooked meals. The food was good and portions were generous. Service is a little slow from the time you walk in. Wouldn't suggest if you're in a rush to get anywhere, but a good spot for a meal with the family.

No coffee machines in rooms and no breakfast available on site. My only major complaint. Other than that the place is a little rundown on the outside, but the rooms are clean and staff are helpful and friendly.

Need more servers in resturant. Stood for 5 minutes. Not acknowledged at all. Left for a few minutes then back and again nothing. Maybe next time. Should have at least said they would be with me
