Top notch customer service!!! Huge shout out to Frank who went above and beyond who delivered my part on a Saturday night to the hotel I was staying at on his own time without hesitation. Great reflection for the dealership!!!! Wish I didn't live 800km away.

Great sales rep. Horrible service department. They don't call you. They can't even fix anything properly. They left all the plastic fasteners out of both side panels and gave it back to me this way just flopping around, also my family has baught several items from them and had nothing but horrible experiences. I'm licensed in two trades, automotive and heavy equipment. Any technician with a half a brain could fix things better then they're geese monkeys in the back.

Have dealt with Rivercity for years, staff are always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful when I am looking to make a purchase. Really appreciate it.Ryan is always a great face to see when I go in there, always there to help.

brought my waverunner in to be serviced. Explained to them my problem that it would not accelerate, they took my machine said it ran fine swapped out a battery and it cost me 200 bucks. went back to the water and the same problem . They then told me they have to bring it to the water and test it at 115$ a hour. Very bad communication skills with the me the customer. I then brought my machine to A+ small engine repair guy was great he told me he will have it apart and fixed and before i get it back he will take it out to the water NO CHARGE and make sure it works before i get it back. I will definitely not be going to riverside again. this is what happens when you get rid of all the good guys and keep staff with no drive or passion for their job, good luck.

I came in here for a part for an old machine. Ultimately I was not able to purchase the part because there no longer made. Buuuuut the guy spend a considerable amount of time trying to help me in anyway he can to find the part looking online in books cross referencing things from other machines. I sincerely appreciate the excellent service !!!!

I am a tough and difficult customer sometimes. I admit it! Like most of you, I work hard for my money and when I’m going to invest it in expensive toys, I expect to get what I pay for. I had a challenge with a snowmobile I purchased from River City. The manufacturer’s attempt to address it was unacceptable, I wasn’t happy and took it out on the dealer…..as we difficult customers sometimes do. Natalie had nothing but patience for me….even when I didn’t deserve it. I mean I was upset, but she had the patience of a saint. Always keeping me in the loop, and remaining poised and kind.There was a long standing problem with my sled, Glen the service Manager was always polite, professional, and kind to me….. also when I didn’t deserve it. He has always kept me informed promptly of updates or costs, to which I am very impressed. Both of these folks are superb at their respective jobs, and to them I am truly grateful.I have been very dissatisfied with the manufacturer of my sled up to now, but everyone at River City has been awesome. They have continued to assist me in every way possible - even above and beyond the call. Always remaining polite, and professional ….even when I was being difficult.Thank you guys, because of all of you I am happy to say my issue has been finally resolved!Great Job Natalie, Glen and team. Because of your patience and professionalism, I will continue to spend my hard earned money with River City. I know your jobs can sometimes be pretty thankless, but you really took care of me.Thank you!!!
