I switched over from the Shoppers across the street and all my medications have been cheaper at this local place. The owner, Rahim, is friendly and caring and even goes above and beyond to remind me when I need to refill my prescriptions or see the doctor. Amazing pharmacy team here next to High Gate Medical. The other reviews say it all... I highly recommend them!

Incredibly efficient and thoughtful staff here. I have come to this pharmacy for 2 years and have always had my medication within a half hour of submitting. They also call to confirm any details so that I am not waiting in store for anything.

This is a hidden gem as if you're not paying attention you can miss it very easily. Amazing customer service and super friendly people, I switched from Shoppers to this pharmacy and they are super nice and attentive, never in a rush so they do their job fast and efficiently. I highly recommend it, make the switch.

Staff and pharmacist are unfailingly helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and also warm. My only wish would be if it were open later, but that’s how it is with a small operation like this one. I’m very glad I found this gem right in my neighbourhood.

This is one of the best pharmacies I've ever been to. They are not only kind, but extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the medication to me, and not only in terms of how to take it, but, based on their expertise, other factors that are important. For example, my whole life I was taking Advil/Ibuprofen on an empty stomach. I off-handedly bought one there and the pharmacist made sure to tell me to take it after a meal to ensure I don't damage my stomach. Nobody has ever told me that. They really care about the work they do and their customers. What a concept! I find them to be extremely warm, and in today's age where we are moving so fast, and everything is about NEXT and numbers, this place brings you back to some old-fashioned values. Care and compassion. I am always so lost when it comes to our medical system because nobody takes the time to explain things to me or try to help me, and this brings back some hope. Thank you so much!

I'm so glad to have found High gate pharmacy after being let down by a big name pharmacy. High gate pharmacy had the medication in stock and was quick to help right away. Rahim was attentive, thorough and really puts in the care with his customers. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and valued your time too. I'll be back as a regular and highly recommend them as your next go-to pharmacy!

Great and supportive experience at High Gate Pharmacy. Service was quick, easy, and informative. On the phone, Rahim was patient, helpful, and even followed up with me when my order was ready. On the day of pick-up, Rahim even spent around 25 or so minutes answering my questions about the prescription I picked up. I will be using this pharmacy more often, from here on (:

So helpful - after calling several pharmacies looking for a specific medicine all were out - only High Gate offered to order in for me, did so and got the medicine the next day in the morning.
