Quite cheaper than most places. However, a big downside. They do not return calls, nor are they anywhere on time. My gate is suppose to be a 2 day job. It has been over a month and still not here to put in a motor. It's been 6 weeks in since a deposit.However, if you don't mind when you are getting your project done. This place is a very cheap alternative, craftmanship is acceptable.

Richard Chan came out to give me a quote 6 weeks ago, it was approved within a few days, he was a no show twice, doesn't return calls and generally a nuisance to deal with.
