Mountain Warehouse

We are always pleasantly surprised coming to this Mountain Warehouse location. The staff are patient, experienced and professional. They always go above and beyond what we expect of them. This is our new go to for outdoor gear and clothing.

I bought a down coat there that covered me in feathers beyond what is acceptable. The sales individual Nazer was very rude and didn't acknowledge that it could even be possible for the coat to be leaking that much (as I see him brush the feathers off the seams of the coat) Sales individual Vitor told me this flaw was not covered by the warranty, and Nazer told me any other coat would have the same flaw. I was told by a winter coat sales manager that this flaw was not normal. Individual Nazer refused to return my money and before asking me to leave the store at all, he called security on me. I understand a coat that may be defective, but the rude reluctance and the fact that warranty doesn't cover that issue should be enough to scare anyone off their products.

The staff here are all very friendly and helpful. I have always found their products to be excellent and great value. They have some fantastic after Christmas deals on right now too. I saved $200 on a jacket that was originally $330. Highly recommend.

I went to buy winter/hiking boots. They had cheap ones but the quality was also cheap. Finishings were not perfect. That’s why they offer goods for cheap prices. But if you’re looking for budget items for sporting this would be a good place.

Awful customer service, I have been several times to this location as the stock is better, however the sales associates are very rude, and lazy. Please work on this issue.

I went into this location looking for a new winter jacket since my old one's zipper had broken off. Carly greeted me when I walked in and when I told her I needed a new winter jacket she was ready to help me right away. She helped me with sizes since I wasn't too sure what I would fit into because they we're in numbered sizes and I was used to sizes like medium or large. She was very knowledgeable when it came to certain layers I should be wearing underneath and what the temperature ratings meant. Katlin checked me out and let me know about the one year warranty on the jacket when it came to my zippers and it made me really relieved about their product. Katlin even checked the online price for me to make sure I got the best deal and web price matched for me which made me feel like they truly cared about me instead of the money. They have really great service here and would recommend going to get your winter jacket here.

Solid choice for outdoor items. Watch for the sales. The regular prices are pretty high, the sale prices are reasonable.

Friendly and helpful staff. I was in the line to pay, i hear Nazer talking to a client that if you wanna order online for free shipping and lower price they can help in the store. So when it was my turn i ask him to order my full body wet suit (last time i order my wet suit i pay $20 for shipping) so he did, and offer us more deal which is awesome. I love my raincoat and hat i got them on sale. It’s my favorite store now.

Great store for all kind of season clothes. The staff is also really friendly. I had great customer experience.
