Completely useless CAA won't pick up a car if it's at a storage unit or if I buy a car private sale and not on the road yet what's the point of paying for a membership if they don't help and do their job

After a 2 hour wait on hold to renew a policy, suddenly realize we have a physical store maybe 4 blocks away. In & out with 5 minutes. Wonderful service !

I have the most awesome travel agent Judy Bradley at CAA Leamington. Have dealt with her for a long time. She is in the process if booking a family vacation for 10 of us . She always goes above and beyond and is simply the best!!
