I purchased 16 cedar trees from RD Landscaping very recently There was supposed to be a crew there to load trees but that did not happen. The mechanic assisted but we ended up loading almost all of trees. There was little service from mechanic as he said he is a mechanic, nice guy but no tree knowledge.. Once we got trees to destination which was 2 hours away there was trees not doing well. We immediately planted trees in prime conditions for planting . Same site has grown 11, 14 to 18 foot trees with no issues. I noticed that the trees had spider mites. I contacted seller who informed me mites were not found anywhere else. Subsequent conversations led to RD not taking responsibility for the spider mite infested trees or how trees were loaded. Rds response was he is a wholesaler and you as the buyer take your chances. If you lose a few trees at 85$ a tree you are still ahead. I have lost 5 and decent chance will lose 2 more. If you want to lose hundreds (over $500 for me ) RD is your guy. If i could give 0 stars I would. Buyer Beware with this company !!

My husband Michael just purchased and picked up a pallet worth of sod for our project in Ellison. He's never come home so happy with a business and the service he received. Everyone from everyone there at RD Landscaping, they were amazing! So nice, wanting to help, and make sure he was happy and set up for the drive home. Keep up the amazing work and service. Hard to find these days :)

If you are not a direct neighbor of this company, you may be out of luck!Through my research for landscapers in my area, I decided to contact RD Landscaping since they seemed to be reputable and are closely located to my home. I submitted an online request, but had not heard back on it after a week, so I sent an email requesting a quote for our project. Surprisingly, I received a phone call the next day and spoke to someone who was not only helpful, but seemed excited to help us with our project. After some email back and forth regarding what we were looking to have done, I had not heard back. I sent another email to see if perhaps my previous one had gotten lost somehow, and the next response took me by surprise - not the same positive surprise that I experienced earlier. This response stated that upon review of our project it was determined they cannot take it on. She began to reassure me that it was not the project itself, but my location because they are trying to stay closer to where they are based from now on".As previously noted

Had to request deposit back for non-performance. Job not started when initially told it would. Then no timely responses to my emails. Guy goes on holidays when my job should have started. Just rude and hss an attitude. DO NOT RECOMMEND IF HONESTY AND INTEGRITY IS WHAT YOU WANT IN A LANDSCAPER.

The project was executed flawlessly. It was so refreshing to deal with such a professional and efficient group. Korrie and MJ are incredibly hard workers with remarkable attention to detail. I won't hesitate to refer them to anyone looking for landscaping services.

I found this a company through FB marketplace and ordered sod and delivery (2300 sq ft) to be installed by myself. Sod came on time and was unloaded at my property by the delivery driver. Installed the sod and 1-2 weeks later some rolls were not taking and died. RD landscaping promptly warrantied the rolls without question and even provided some insight as to why some may have died.5 stars all the way. I definitely recommend these guys.

This is a testimonial for Ron Hartloff and his crew at RD Landscaping, WK. We have a larger and difficult-to-access property which has a very steep back slope, a switchback access trail up that slope with scrub beds and two (2) irrigation zones complete with individual drip lines.Ron and his crew recently completed a major ground-cover shrub installation with new irrigation drip lines and blown-on black mulch which we hope will deter large animals from stomping through, and degrading that steep slope.Ron is easy to work with, his crew members are always polite and they are very hard workers who are always ready to engage with the customer to obtain the best results. We are very pleased with the outcomes of all work performed by RD and would highly recommend this firm and Ron Hartloff for your landscaping needs.

Probably the worst company I have ever had to deal with. It was almost impossible to get ahold of anyone to get them out for a quote. Then they charged money to come up with a design after a consultation which took about month longer to receive than it was supposed to. Once we received the design and quote we quickly realized that there was an excessive amount of extra stuff we did not ask for. The one thing that was mandatory for us, we were told only AFTER paying for a design that they can not provide what we were asking for. You would think during initial consultation this would have been communicated to us. On top of everything they quoted us approximately $30,000 on top of the high end we were told to expect. I still have not heard anything back from anyone at this company after I emailed them about 3 months an go, expressing the problems and the lack of any customer service we were having. I would highly recommend to avoid this company.
