Excellent customer service very polite and professional over the phone. Very reasonable in regards to pricing when most companies are over charging because of the wind storm. I'm not sure Carol was talking about the same company or person I dealt with. Awesome job thanks again.

Fantastic company! Extremely courteous, professional and flexible. Even came in on their religious holiday to give me a quote! I had my whirlybird top blown off during a wind storm and they came and gave me honest advice that it could be replaced with a simple vent at a reduced cost rather than try and repair it and risk more damage (as other roofers tried to get me to do!). Also an excellent price compared to other quotes! So glad I found them and will call them again and recommend them to anyone! Keep up the great work Alena and team!

Excellent customer service!Contact Volga Roofing for some roof repair work and was pleasantly surprised at the great customer service and quick responses from Alena. Our roof had some missing shingles from a wind storm. Alex and Alena both showed up on time and Alex performed the repairs as needed. I was shown photos of the before and after and everything was explained. I would highly recommend Volga Roofing and will use them again if ever needed.

If you want a sense of comfort and assurance in doing your roof re-shingling and repair this company is your dream. From quote to completion Alena was my light in explaining every detail of the roof installation, reasons for the costs and pictures of the sequences. Her knowledge of this trade is more than just passive. Protection of my garden furniture and cleanup was impressive. Most of all, every member of the team was like family exchanging laughs and jokes. Very very professional in every way. My score is 10+++++

Unprofessional. Booked appointment Friday night after wind storm for roof repair on Sunday afternoon at 3:00pm. I called on Sunday morning at 11:00am to confirm and they said he hurt his back on Saturday and could not work. No phone call Saturday or Saturday night to let us find another repair company. Terrible customer service.
