The sales associates are wonderful, and they’re a perfect example of what great sales support should be. They’re relaxed and helpful, wanting to help you find the right bed. I never expressed any sales pressure whatsoever. It allowed me to fully consider the wide variety of excellent beds, and as a result I’m really pleased with my purchase.

There are angels masquerading as people walking around this planet and Darren Rennie is one of them. My sister needed a mattress and found herself at Dreamland. Darren is the type of salesperson you always hope to find .... knowledgeable, patient and ever so kind. We can’t thank him enough for his extraordinary service and kindness.

If I could rate this wonderful hidden gem higher I would. Darren and Kim are lovely people with an amazing selection of reasonable priced natural mattresses. Can't wait for our dream bed to arrive. We will be customers for life!

The staff at Dreamland is incredible! They are very knowledgeable, and provide great advice on buying a mattress, taking into account your needs for comfort, as well as your budget. You can really tell that they are very keen on building a relationship with the Sunshine Coast community because they have great integrity and provide service above and beyond. It's well-worth buying your mattresses and bedding on the Coast -- thanks, guys!Update: I moved off the Coast a little while back, but still pass through often en route to visit my parents in Powell River. My husband and I now have a little one on the way, and because we've decided to use a crib my dad built, we also needed a custom crib mattress. Darren and Kim were able to get me exactly what I needed: a high quality mattress where I don't have to worry about off-gassing, etc., for our little one, and custom-sized for the crib. And, in addition to that, were able to work a solution for us to pick up the mattress on our way through on Thanksgiving weekend even though the store wasn't open at the time we were passing through (gotta love those ferry schedules). All in all, I'm very happy with this latest experience with Dreamland, and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a mattress or any kind of bedding. Just the kind of company and people you want to be working with!

Easy to see how this local shop has stayed in biz so long. Good selection, great prices and fantastic service! I first went in just to browse around and Dustin was great help. He was so thorough that it was easy for me just to call back and arrange the rest over the phone. Every contact with that shop was great from walking in the door to when Armando just dropped off my new king size mattress. Super comfy bed and great warranty. Absolutely the best place on our Sunshine Coast to buy a new bed!

Sales associate was SUPER helpful. No pressure, listened to our needs and wants. Spent more on a new bed than I wanted to, but felt it was WELL worth it for what we got.

I went in to see if they had sheets in cali king size. The woman said they didn't. That's fine, we were okay with that. But then another woman came over and started acting like we were problem customers and started going on and on about how you cant get that size in Canada etc and she wouldn't stop! My husband is very tall and has to sleep diagonally so don't make me feel bad for trying to get a longer bed! What the heck? I tried to buy locally first and I get treated like a problem customer for doing so? There was no reason for her to even come over at all, let alone go on like that. Nobody was upset, we were not rude.... So why? I will buy my Canadian made cali king mattress and my cali king sheets from a Canadian company. Wont go there again!
