Tracy (not sure on spelling) is amazing, so helpful and great to work with. Had troubles with a Uhaul at another place and she took the time to help us out even though it wasn’t her problem. I can’t thank her enough, she is so great.

5 stars isn't enough for Lacombe U-Haul. Tracy is an exceptional lady. It was Easter weekend and was one of those days that nothing went right. The trailer was late from the previous renter and Tracy phoned me twice to give me updates so on the trailer so I didn't waste a trip to Lacombe. When the trailer arrived the dealership there were some minor issues with it. Not only did Tracy stay hours later than closing time to help me but her mechanic husband was kind enough to come to fix the issues with the trailer on his day off so I could still leave that day.Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You have no idea how much that meant to me.10 stars for Lacombe U-Haul.
