What a great experience shopping at La-Z-Boy today. The quality of their furniture is what decided our purchase as well as the very helpful salesman Carson who is definately familiar with the La-Z-Boy line up. You can buy cheaper furniture but for just a few dollars more you can get something that is made in North America and will outlast the cheaper stuff. Two thumbs up!!!!!!

Giovanni was a great help to me at lazy boy! He showed me how to make a decision based on comfort and price and was excellent at explaining the differences between electric and manual!! I prefer the electric! He helped me to feel very comfortable and he gave me some time on my own . He did not display pressure sales tactics. He showed me everything. Thank you so much Giovanni for helping me choose comfortable and practical chairs for our home!

I am very disappointed with the service at this La-Z-Boy store. I took my mother into this La-Z-Boy store during the Boxing Day sales to buy a more comfortable chair. We did receive some good help in selecting a chair that would match her decor, however once we ordered the chair all the talk was directed towards me rather than my mother and although she is approaching 90 she is sharp as a whip and had demonstrated this in the questions she asked and how she conducted herself. This was disheartening.In addition, there was excessive pressure to buy an extended warranty. We had to repeatedly indicate that we were not interested in this to the point where it became uncomfortable.My mother was told the chair would arrive by the end of February, or mid March, however when that date passed and she went into the store to inquire further, she was told the new date was the 26th of May. It is now mid June and it has yet to arrive.This has been very stressful for my mother and now she will not consider buying anything else that requires delivery. I feel better communication should have existed when there were such extensive delays involved. The chair is supposed to arrive this week, but with this store/company I am not holding my breath.

If you are in the market for new furniture go and see Carson at Lazy Boy Furniture in St Catharines. His service is top notch. As a sales person he is not overly aggressive but is there when you have a question and is very informative. He lets you take you time and has the patience of a Saint. He was wonderful to deal with. Customer service is non existent!! At the time of purchase I asked a lot of questions and checked out a lot of recliners. The salesman kept checking with the manager, didn't really seem to know what he was doing. One big question was about the wall hugger option. We were assured the chair only needed a couple inches of clearance to the wall. Nope , try almost a foot! If they'd been honest, I never would have made the purchase. After delivery we returned to the store, the salesman no longer works for lazboy. We spoke with a manager from another store who was filling in, he assured us we would hear back from them Monday, we were told this on Saturday 3 weeks ago! I've emailed since and got no response. Customer service is non existent!! They get payment and don't want to hear from you again.NOTE: Since the original issue, La-Z-Boy has given me a full refund and picked up the chair. They did come good in the end.

Had a great experience with Carson on both Saturday and Sunday (when we returned and ordered our couch). He was super helpful across the board, exceptionally knowledgable, and took all the time we needed to go over everything across several couches we were considering.We had made a visit to the Burlington store previously, and while the associate there was helpful, her level of knowledge and confidence in it was less than stellar.I was shocked to find out after purchasing that Carson had only been there for 90 days!?! He was one of the best and most knowledgable customer service people I've had the pleasure of dealing with. Always helpful and friendly, but also left us alone to shop and discuss instead of hounding us when we wanted some time to discuss.I would definetly return here to shop again, as the store is large and spacious, with much more room and stock than the Burlington location. And again, Carson was also great to deal with, and definetly went over each option with us (Manual vs motorized, color swatches etc etc). He even went around the entire store and searched the computer to try and find a specific couch colour for us to look at). If you have the option, ask for CARSON and you will definetly get some great service.Now we wait 8-10 weeks for delivery, and the hope is I don't have to edit this review with any issues!

Great experience all around. Sean helped us to find the right options for what we were looking for, and was very friendly and helpful. The other staff in store were also very friendly. So excited to get our new couch!

Sean was super personable and knew the product well. Told him my likes and knew exactly where to direct me. The sales experience was very comfortable and very easy going without pressure and that is something I very much appreciate. Vince was amazing. I am not good at decorating and so he was excellent at making me love something outside of my comfort zone. He made this whole process so much fun. The design element of the store was such an unexpected bonus. I can’t wait to see my new living space! The store is beautiful and you can’t go wrong with the quality of Lazyboy. Thank you both so much.

Had a great shopping experience at La-Z-Boy St. Catharines recently. I purchased a reclining sofa and matching chair as a surprise for my husband... and he was thrilled! I was very impressed with the quality of the products and our 4 married children are all jealous of our new furniture.I was fortunate to get superior customer service from Jaxon.He was very knowledgeable and attentive to all my needs. I highly recommend both Jaxon and La-Z-Boy for great service and great quality products.

We really appreciated all the support and suggestions with theselection our chairs. The design software really helped us visualize everything. We really enjoyed working with Jaxon and the team. We can't wait till our chairs get delivered. Thanks for the great service so far.
