I was referred to eyes on paisley by the manager at Costco’s optical department for safety glasses and had an absolutely terrible experience. I received a call from them advising me that my glasses would be a week late. At this time I asked if I could get even a 5% discount for the inconvenience and the optometrist said no but the he could give me a refund instead. He showed no interest whatsoever in helping me out. When the glasses finally came in the lenses weren’t correct and frames fit nothing like the sample frames that I tried on from their selection. They showed no compassion at all.

I am really impressed with their fast service. I got my glasses the next day. My mom's she received hers days later. They have an excellent customer service and i felt their genuine care for their clients.

Great selection of frames. The optometrist was knowledgeable and friendly. The three people working at the store helped me pick a pair of frames that suited my face and gave me honest opinions. What was covered by insurance and what I had to pay out of pocket was outlined clearly for me before I made the purchase. I had a great experience here and would highly recommend them.

I just got my prescription sunglasses from Eyes on Paisley. They did my eye exam and built my glasses all within a week and helped me with the insurance claim as well. Great service. I will be back for sure.
