Bare Mountain Coffee House
Passed through clarenville for a quick overnight but was recommended to go to bare mountain coffee house while here. I’m so happy we stopped by! What a beautiful spot with amazing food and local products. I wish we could have stayed for a meal and taken in the beautiful view from their dining room. If you are going, make the time to be able to stay and enjoy the stop. We will definitely be back!

Such a nice coffee house. Good cappuccino and amazing baked goods. The lemon square is one of the best things I have ever had. There's an outside patio that looks over the water and it is very nice on the inside. Don't miss it!

Bare Mountain Coffee House
The place is decorated beautifully. Great day to sit out on the patio and enjoy the view. The food was reasonably priced and very tasty. The server did not know what a macchiato was. Instead settled for a latte that was not incredible. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. I would definitely come here again but probably just try the drip coffee.

OBSESSED! a must do if you are doing the drive from/to St Johns and Trinity/Bonaventure. Add this to your stop! A bit hard to spot until it's too late so def plug it into Maps. Large parking lot, beautiful seating along the water, wide variety of cold and hot drinks, clean washrooms and THE FOOD. my gosh. Breakfast sandwich on biscuit is demented, so flipping tasty. Iced coffee was incredible too. Kind and speedy service. Thank you!

Bare Mountain Coffee House
We have eaten here twice now. Good coffee and mint green tea. We love the deck looking over the water. Snacks/Sandwiches are great. Staff is friendly. We stopped in as a break on our dive from St. John's to Grand Falls-Windsor. I definitely recommend this spot for a relaxing coffee break.

Amazing spot to relax and have a bite to eat and great coffee, got stranded in town after car troubles and got recommended to come here while i wait and the staff were fast and super friendly! Will definitely be on the list to stop here on my across the island trips!

Beautiful view and lovely location. Delicious latte and a giant lemon square I shared with my friend. The staff was friendly and made our drinks just right! I would highly recommend :)

Bare Mountain Coffee House
I have family across the island of Newfoundland and not a single one has recommended this spot. Few even knew about it!This is an absolutely gorgeous coffee shop. I'd suggest this to anyone visiting Newfoundland who enjoys any of the following: great coffee, great food, great desserts/sweet treats, great atmosphere, great company.There isn't a single negative thing about this spot.My wife and I had the Turkey Cranberry wrap (which had dressing!) with a quinoa salad, Apricot jam/pesto/tomato grilled cheese with a delicious tomato soup, a strawberry lemonade, and a local Port Rexton brew. We also ended up buying some soaps and merch as well as a couple desserts (lemon square and coconut cheesecake) and a couple coffees (iced coffee and iced mocha).We ate on the deck overlooking the water. Go here. You will not regret it.
