I hired Rectangle to renovate my condo and am very happy with the result. They are a very professional team and gave me great design advice. Once the scope of the project was determined, they presented me with a detailed work schedule with weekly updates to track progress. When hiccups arose, they dealt with them promptly and efficiently. The reno was done on-time and on-budget. I highly recommend them.

The Rectangle team handled the renovation of my bungalow in Meadowlark Park. From the start, I was impressed with their professionalism, transparency and attention to detail. Throughout the project, communication was excellent and they took care of every problem with minimal disruption. They were true to their word and met every commitment they made. In particular, Christine is an incredible project manager and designer. I highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good bout the experience we had with Rectangle Design. We decided to live in the house through the kitchen renovation and although it was unpleasant they worked quickly an efficiently and we had the kitchen by Christmas. We really liked all the trades that Rectangle used. They were all professional and super nice people. Shane, Richard, Mia and Kathleen were great to work with and consult. They were flexible and supportive when I had suggestions of how I wanted things and they made sure to accommodate my requests or suggest alternative options and possibilities. Shane and Christine were fantastic during our renovation with Rectangle. They managed the entire process guiding us through all the ups and downs of the renovating in a professional and sensitive manner. The team of professionals they employ are great to have in your home. The care doesn’t end when the renovation is complete, any small issues we have had have been handled quickly and efficiently. Rectangle did a fabulous job. We did a 3 floor, down-to-the-studs renovation of our 1990s infill. Rectangle helped reorient our main floor to make it a better use of space – focusing on where we spend our time (the kitchen!) and giving the overall look and feel of all three floors an update. They had creative solutions, listened to our preferences and helped to create an effective and efficient design. Rectangle came in on budget and on time. Any issues that we had during the process were managed through direct and fair communication. We were happy with the quality of the work and really love the end result.

We built a large, inner city home with Shane and his team in 2015.We worked closely with Rectangle throughout the process and were impressed by how candid and straightforward our interactions with Shane and team were. Rectangle was quick to respond to any questions or concerns that we had, regardless of day or time. They hold themselves to a high standard for their clients, and we encountered this time and time again during the course of our build.Rectangle also came up with the design concept for our home, and we are very happy with their vision. Natural light is always streaming into our house, and the finishes are classic and will stand the test of time. Our space is modern and will adapt seamlessly with our family as it grows. We get endless compliments on our home when friends come to visit, and Rectangle gets all the credit for their hard work.Shane and team are very dedicated to their clients. We hired Rectangle to renovate our 1968 four level split. We are beyond thrilled with the result. The team was very professional and gave clear updates with good communication. We loved working with Rectangle! They were enthusiastic about our project and took our 1898 house down to the studs, renovated it and did a second floor addition. We moved out of our house at the beginning of March and our renovation started promptly. Renovating during a pandemic had all the potential to be very stressful but it wasn’t at all. They were incredibly organized with everything and any issues that came up were dealt with immediately. Shane and Christine always had great solutions and suggestions with any descions that we had to make. The design that they came up with was perfect for our family and was executed even better than we had thought possible. They took a house that we loved and turned it into our dream home, we honestly couldn’t have hoped for a better experience and are so grateful that we chose to work with Rectangle.

Had the Rectangle team design/complete our full condo renovation! It was an absolute great time working with the whole team (especially our contact point Mia!).
