Could not recommend Sophies Gown Shoppe enough. Alaina contacted me before my appointment to get to know me and know what I was looking for in my dress. It made the whole experience so personal and I felt as though I knew her before even meeting her. I was pretty specific with what I wanted and Alaina DELIVERED. Not only was Alaina super nice, sweet and professional but she was patient and took the time to ensure that I found exactly what I was looking for. Alaina and the team at Sophie’s made my experience unforgettable and I can’t wait to celebrate my big day in my Sophies gown!!!

I had the most amazing experience wedding dress shopping! Alaina was the BEST consultant ever. She pulled dresses for me based on the photos I sent her, and stayed well within my budget. I left with my dream dress and a permanent smile!

We were in the market for a dress and I came upon Sophie's on Google. I messaged them and was able to get in at noon that same day. We got there and all the gals were very friendly and polite. They only had 3 flower girl dresses in the size we were looking for, but we did manage to find the perfect one. It was a fair price for the product purchased and the service was lovely. Thank you ladies for a great experience. We will definitely be back.

Went there today to find my dress. After making an appointment which was super easy, we were greeted by the ladies as soon as we walked in and they were ready for us! Alaina was our go to girl. She was AMAZING, she asked my budget and if I had looked at any dresses before and what my style was. I showed her all the dresses I had seen on the website and immediately she knew what styles I was looking for. She grabbed multiple dresses, and filled the dressing room. She was honest when it came to pricing and not just trying to sell me something expensive. She knew what would flatter my body type and I only tried on 4 dresses before she knew exactly what to show me. Between the first 3, I knew what I liked about them and what I didn’t like. She came over with a dress that had alllllll the things I liked about the other ones and it was perfect. She was understanding and when I said no I’m not feeling it, I want something strapless … she listened and didn’t push. It was an amazing experience and I HIGHLY recommend Sophie’s and if you can ask for Alaina, she made the entire experience amazing. She is the best !! Thank you again Sophie’s for getting me to say yes to the dress !!!

I had an excellent experience shopping at Sophie’s for my wedding dress! They have a wide variety of beautiful dresses to choose from - it was so hard to narrow it down to my favourite ! The staff were very knowledgeable and my bridal consultant, Rachel, was very friendly, welcoming and went above and beyond to help me find a dress that was just right for me ! She listened closely and attentively to what I envisioned and pulled so many gorgeous dresses for me to try - including some that I fell in love with that I never would have tried without her suggesting them! I highly recommend this bridal store to all!

My experience at Sophie's gown shop was amazing! The staff was incredibly welcoming and warm. My consultant Alaina was incredible! She heard everything I wanted in my dream dress and found it right away! I highly recommend everyone go there for all your gown needs!

Amazing customer service! I’ve been to a few of the bridal stores in Windsor and often felt restricted in how many they want you to try on and pressured to make a decision. Alaina made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. I ended up leaving with 2 evening gowns instead of 1 because of how beautiful their selection was and how helpful the ladies were. Will definitely be coming back!

I had an amazing experience at Sophie’s Gown Shoppe. I went in yesterday to look for my dress and was pretty shy since it’s my first time (I forget her name) but the worker was so kind from the start and so helpful. She asked my budget and kept all the dresses in or around my budget. The dresses she pulled were all absolutely stunning and she showed me all the different ways I could add to my dress. I ended up finding the perfect one and I couldn’t be more thankful for the great experience.

I had the best experience finding my dress at Sophie's. A huge part of it is thanks to Alaina who was very friendly and accommodating. I can be very indecisive, yet she was so patient with me! She helped me find the perfect dress! :) I felt like I could be very honest with her and she was so easy going. We also picked the bridesmaid dresses with Alaina and she once again was amazing at helping me making the right choice. Overall, all the ladies at Sophies are super friendly.

The customer service was amazing. My wife had to come in a few times for her wedding gown because there were so many great options and because she said she was treated nicely and listened to. Alaina also followed up with us as she promised to check up on if we found a tailor to make adjustments.
