Hammoud is the worst of the worst. I'm not even certain she has a medical license because I have never met anyone calling themselves Dr. who treats clients like they are cash registers and whose only interest is to bill OHIP. The consulting room is tiny and uncomfortable so that people will leave quickly. She has no interest whatsoever in anyone's health. Don't even have a working phone system. The positive reviews on the page must be her relatives or people paid to write them. Stay far away from this centre and Hammoud.

Dr. Hammoud is a true professional! She knowledgeable, patient and humble. Dr. Hammoud has been our family doctor for four years now and we are so lucky to have her.

Souhalia Hammaud is a viscious, greedy person. OHIP billing is her only specialty. She will tell you that your time is up and to book another appointment for the slightest question. She may note on your chart you report a certain problem, but she does nothing further about it. When asked she will tell you that the patient reported the problem, but she doesn't know anything other than that. I am not calling her the doctor she claims to be.I have doubts about her qualifications, knowledge and competency. Most despicable person I have ever met. No phone system.

So bad! Always a bed experience long waiting and I always confused if Dr has enough knowledge to diagnose anything. Another bad thing the reception team is taking advantage that parents are patients and they need to wait no matter what!Completely Waste of time ! Very irresponsible!

Been trying to reach the clinic for 2 days now. No answer. Been waiting for a referral for over a year for myself. She Told my son his leg issues were because of flat foot. Referred him to a foot specialist ... foot specialist said flat food? He has such a high arch. But you will have to book another appointment because the referral sent through for him has someone else’s name on it (with my sons OHIP # and DOB) NOT to mention, if you have an appointment it does not matter. You will still wait 1 hour + to be seen I’ve went there for a 9am appointment (first appointment of the morning) and didn’t get to see the doctor until 10:30. I could hear the receptionists on the phone calling to see if the doctor was on her way. She wasn’t even in the office yet. So frustrating, definitely time to find a new doctor.

Don't waste your time with this doctor Soyaila Mahmood she is not a real doctor. I've never seen a ignorant doctor in my life.if I was you I would stay away from this Place.

All the positive reviews here must be paid for. Not a single one is true. She is the worst of the worst, u are better off without a doctor (if she really earned a license) then have her. Without a doc you will not be misinformed or led to believe u saw a doctor when she takes no responsibility, does no follow ups or proper referrals, sits there with a timer in the tiny sliver of an uncomfortable consultation room so u are in and out quickly, and does not give a damn about you.

Worst customer service. Book covid vaccine - got confirmation twice. On the appointment day, went there and they simply said they are running out of vaccine.. they didn't bother to give you a call to heads up the situation. It happened twice to my aunt for her first and then second dose. Unbelievable!

Dr. is fine but the wait times are always and always at least 2 hours +. Wish this was an exaggeration but it will never be less than that. So if you've got an appointment for 12pm, you are seriously wasting your time if you show up earlier than 2 15pm. Reception will ignorantly tell you that this is the normal anywhere because they don't know how to provide anything but garbage service. You may often find fasted help in Emergency at a hospital. The Dr. is slow but the reception is the real problem at this office because they can't manage proper timing of when to call and tell them when they should actually come in.
