i have been working with Westech for years now. They are always great in terms of service and able to answer any questions I have. And turnaround time is always excellent! Thank you Westech!

Recently we've used their services and unfortunately we received unfair and unprofessional appraisal from them, Ali Mirzaei was the appraiser and Craig ( Principal ) , the comparison properties which they used are incorrect and they are not renposible to their errors and confusing the customers with their wrong estimate value and wasting our time and money, on other hand their communication with customer has weakness and their Principals should have better reaction to customer and respecting more to their customers and we will not use anymore their services in future as they are not trustable and reliable without accuracy on the real value of a property and not transparent with their customers which may effect negatively on your deals.

I have been using Westech for years - they are my go to for all things appraisal's. The office staff is a delight to deal with and the appraisers know their stuff. The provide excellent service and always go the extra mile when needed.
