Love love love Malak Pastry. Everyone is warm and welcoming every time I go there. The pastries and cakes are amazing. I requested a cake for a baby shower and they exceeded my expectations with an excellent attention to details. Highly recommend them!

Delicious ice-cream and great selection of sweets. Too many to choose so had to go back to try more. The sweets are the not the only good thing, service is just fantastic. Very happy and welcoming small family business.

The most delicious Lebanese pastries I tasted in Ottawa. Everything is made to perfection. Just like their impeccable sweets, the customer service is unmatched. Everytime I go to make an order, I am treated with the utmost respect and kindness. The couple managing the place always go the extra mile to make me feel special and appreciated. I know that with every visit, they'll be making my day all the better. It is refreshing to see a local business really put effort into their services. I love to see it. They definitely have a loyal customer now.

NEVER disappoints!Excellent Lebanese pastry. They make great Lebanese and French parties.Their wedding cakes are excellent (we had ours made by them 13 years ago), both in taste and design.Their specialty is anything with Ashta (similar to ricotta cheese)!Znoud El-Sit are AMAZING. They are made of filo pastry filled with Ashta, fried and drizzled with sugar syrup.Kallaj is another great dessert but it's only available during Ramadan... So get them while they last!

This is a really nice quite new shop with great pastries and ice cream. It was a spotlessly clean place!I went there to try the ice cream. I chose two scoops: mixed berry flavour and cappuccino. Both ice creams were very very good. Rich and creamy. The fruit flavour was most refreshing. And as such they deserve 4-5 star ratings for the ice cream.However there are a few issues:1. They have solid plastic cups and really tiny plastic spoons to eat the ice cream. While the small cups are cute they will end up in the landfill. The containers for the pastries are also plastic.Please switch to cardboard.2. It’s hard to eat ice cream while walking on the street with a tiny spoon in one hand and a plastic cup in the other plus a purse or a phone etc.3. This is strictly a take out place. No place to sit and enjoy a snack.It would be better to have simple ice cream cones one could lick while walking. . And perhaps a table or two?!One scoop is 4$ and two scoops are 6$We need to support new small businesses like this but they need to anticipate the needs of the buyers and also consider the environment.

What can I say about this place very PROFESSIONAL you go there and you buy quality first class 5 stars I purchased 1 kilo half baklava mix omg!!! There very tasty VERY DELICIOUS I bought a gift for my relatives they were amazed about the delicious taste forsure I'm coming back I highly recommended this place Thank you!

I don't know what to talk about first, is it their warm greeting, their generosity, the amazing taste of their sweets or their kindness in dealing with customers.If you want to try oriental sweets, this is the place to go.
