Susan Wagg here notJim my sister is the one who has a Psw . The ladies who come are not doing a good job except for 2 . The others do not always give her her pills which she can not get them as they are locked up. Also she is supposed to have someone in the bathroom while she showers due to epilepsy and most don't only the same as I referred to . They also have been given permission to do her laundry and once again they don't we have very very kind and helpful neighbourgh who helps her with a lot of things whomdoes her laundry a man no less . I have repeatedly talked to the company. About these problems and still nothing gets done. I give this co,pay one star.

Despite requesting communication, workers either never show up or show up with little to no notice. Disrespectful and lacking in professionalism.
