At first Brian seemed really great. He responded right away, came by to check out what work I wanted and even provided me with a quote. Then he set up the date to get the work done. 2 days prior to the work starting he had to reschedule; I was fine with that. When the rescheduled date came along to build my new gate he never responded to my calls or text. Found out he blocked me for zero reason. He truly wasted my time and it’s quite upsetting because I could have used that time to get someone else to do the work.As a business owner myself, this treatment is unacceptable to your paying customers.
