Awful service when you need help to retrieve an Office liscence. I understand my mistake but their solution is go buy a new one.

Amazing client service. I bought a misleading EA season pass thinking the additional maps were also offline and Microsoft customer service gave me a full refund! Thanks for taking the time and resources to build an efficient customer service. I would also like to note that my surface pro 3 has given me no problems in the last 3 years I have had it for and is hands down the best laptop I have owned.

I CAN'T DEAL WITH YOUR WINDOWS UPDATES THEY DRIVE ME NUTTTTTS EVERY TIME I HAVE TO DO AN UPDATE EVERYTHING STOPS WORKING ON MY COMPUTER. THIS MEANS 1X MONTH! I WOULD LIKE TO BE ABLE TO WORK WITH MY COMPUTER AND NOT SPEND ALL MY TIME TRY TO MAKE IT WORK!

I have been a long time customer of Microsoft with their Xbox products.. I purchased an xbox elite v2 halo infinite edition.. 269$+tx so 300$ like 1 year and 2 months ago... Right bumper stopped working for no reason, i called Microsoft and guess what? Nothing they can do, not rven offering me to repair it or to send it somewhere for repair because im in Canada... 300$ for a product that doesn't last 2 years, doesn't make sense... Anyway they lost a customer that's for sure

I went to microsoft for an Azure training. I have to thank Christian for the best training I have ever been too. He provided us with a insightful and fun training for a day-long session. I really enjoyed both their training and hospitality. Hope one day I can be a part of this huge company.
