Experienced the WORST customer service from this store today! While they were fixing my car, told me to just wait outside in the freakin cold! I had no other choice but to stand outside for 40 minutes. There were no other customers inside the store since I had booked an appointment, and I had my masks on. For a first time customer, that's a heartless customer service! Unbelievable!

Amazing service, amazing customer service, fast and efficient. Sent my driver there after blowing a tire and they were just amazing in every which way. My truck driver was there for less then an hour to get his tire replaced. Id recommend this shop to anyone near and far.thank you for your great service .

Terrific service. Staff is really friendly and easy to talk to. Building is very clean and professional. Reasonable prices. Mike is a super great person to deal with. Complimentary coffee in the waiting area is also a nice gesture.

Had a wonderful experience working with this Coastal Tire & Auto Service Ltd. location. The staff was very kind and they were able to get me an emergency tire change just a couple hours after I had called, finished the job well ahead of time, and did an accurate overall vehicle inspection to find out what else my vehicle was having problems with.

Don't recommend this place. Brought my 2017 car here for a safety inspection as I just moved from another province and it's mandatory for registration. I knew going in that my rotors were starting to get bad as I felt the shutter previously. This shop proceeded to tell me all 4 of my rotors were SEVERELY warped and rusted and had to be replaced and that my break pads on the front were down between 2-3mm and that it was so close he could have failed my inspection but the mechanic was in a good mood" so he didn't. This was somewhat believable based on what I've been feeling however still questionable for a 2 year old car with 35k. A couple days later I was given a quote of $1200 to replace pads and rotors all around which I know from experience is off the wall. After explaining the parts cost to me I was still left with over $500 in labor and taxes probably averaging an hour per tire. Come on

If you have a cube van, or any other vehicle with dual wheels, this is the place you need when it comes to tires. This is the only place I know capable and willing to do alignments on these type of bigger vehicles. Excellent prices and good service.

Was made pay for 1.5 hours of work when I watched & timed the man & he only worked from -1:44-2:46. Was told after the fact that it mandatory to pay for the whole 1.5 when he had told me a different price before hand. Had my axle fixed then they gave me by car back with 3 different lights on & tried to tell me I brought it in that way.. I had to get mad in order for them to even take it back in & look at it. Car ended up still not working when I left. Spoke with manager, he offered to give my money back but wouldn’t take ownership of what his guys did to my car. He definitely only gave back my money because he knows that would be cheaper than fixing what they did. Also left my ball joint like this. So not only did they not do the job they were paid to do, they made many other issues. Horrible manager, even worse employees & crooks. Horrible place to go.

my wife went in with a banged up rim from recent pothole damage, the team here was incredible. they got her in and out within 30 minutes explained everything in a friendly manner. awesome service would highly recommend!
