They had what I was looking for and the cashier was very friendly but when I went back several months later she was the complete opposite. Very poor customer assistance and she was very rude this time.

Worker was so snobby and mean for no reason. I have been doing my own hair for years and know exactly what I’m looking for when I come into Sally’s. The lady asked me if I needed help finding anything and I said “no thanks, I think I found what I’m looking for” and then i went to check out and she looked at my items and then looked at me and rudely said “you should’ve asked me for help because these two products don’t mix.” And I politely replied “I was actually recommended these products by another employee years ago and have been using these exact products for years.” She then said “well no wonder your hair is so damaged”. I take pride in my hair so this was really uncalled for and hurtful. I will never come to this Sally’s again after my experience.

The assistant manager, Laney, both remembered me from over a month ago, but once again gave me awesome advice and help. She’s an incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly person and an asset to the company. If you go to this location be sure to ask for her, she’ll never steer you wrong!!

had a lady recommend me to tone my hair using T18, and ended up turned my roots bright orange after following her directions to apply generously all over from root to tip. i have highlights and was looking to take them from golden to ashy brown, but otherwise have virgin hair. so upset and embarrassed with my hair right now, self confidence is at an all time low.

Never really go to Sally beauty supply, but the customer service was really good. I was looking for a fine most sprayer and the girl working took me too the item instead of saying it's down that isle on the end.

Nice, good quality products with a fair price. Staff is usually very helpful, but some act like obnoxious know-it-all’s. I asked one of the ladies, she had very long black hair and pale skin, about what bleach or lightening method she would recommend for body hair or eyebrows. She told me she wouldn’t help me because she couldn’t do it safely. I said okay but she continued to lecture me about how dangerous it was and that in her “professional opinion” she wasn’t comfortable telling me. I said that was fine and I understood but then she told me three more times, including that I would go blind, loud enough for everyone in the store to hear. It was humiliating. I kind of understand why she wouldn’t help me, but since she is a “professional”, she should have known the safe and professional ways bleach eyebrows and she completely ignored the half of my question that asked about body hair.I have been bleaching my eyebrows, body hair, and head hair for almost a decade and I have been just fine and ended up with amazing results. I ran out of product so I went here, but they didn’t have what I usually use, so I asked for her opinion. I work in customer service and would never ever treat a client like this. I ended up just buying my stuff off the website and had no skin or eye irritation. If you go here, don’t ask for help; just get your things and go.

The staff are very helpful and decent. I usually get hair extensions there. But this last time was bad. I ended up getting extensions with a very rancid smell to them. It wasn't noticable until after I had already cut the wefts and put clips on them. Sally Beauty has a no return on hair so I tried to make the best of them. Even after washing them and coloring them, they still have that horrible smell lingering. It's kind of like a fishy smell. Nothing I do will completely get rid of it. So now I am out the money plus the extensions because I don't want to use them with that disgusting smell on them.

I was in tuesday nov 15th 2022. Jess was great at providing product knowledge on the zotos color I bought. She put me at ease after a disturbing situation at cosmoprof with debbie who asked me to leave because she was trying to control me by asking if I had a license to purchase product. Jess was a light and I felt supported that I am not alone and informed me this has happened to several people.
