Merle's Steam Clean Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

Absolutely the best in the GF area. I have used Merle’s several times and Glen never fails to impress.

Glenn was very thorough and efficient. He was extremely responsive and professional. We really appreciate the work he put into our house as it was in need of severe carpet cleaning. Our carpets look so much better now and they smell way better too! 10/10 would recommend Merle’s! (In the one photo that green stuff was matted into the carpet when we moved in & it appears to be slime or paint).

Glenn did a great job with our carpets! I had concerns of some stains not coming out, but he got them out! And it was done in a timely manner! Definitely will be calling them again!

Glenn was great! Called him after another company failed to do what they promised. He is very thorough. Pulled out all the stuff the previous company claimed they did before we moved into our house. Call him. He’s fantastic!

Glenn Reck arrived two days early and did an impeccable job. We were informed yesterday that the two rooms which were flooded needed to have all furniture removed. Glenn was able to do magic, whereby we did not have to move anything, and he got the job done; the carpet cleaned (it looks brand new) and both rooms are in perfect order - all completed with ease and grace!!! Glenn is very personable. We are very grateful! Thank you for providing such excellent service beyond expectations!!!!

I can not say enough! Glenn is such a nice guy, and did a great job on my couch. It smells and looks great, and looks like new. He was also able to remove the red wax from my living room carpet. His secretary was very nice too. I highly recommend this company.

I had a white chaise that a friend's dog peed on while I was pet sitting. I tried to use a home upholstery cleaner myself and was able to get the stain to fade, but not disappear, and of course the cleaning made the outline of the stain wider.Glenn warned me that the material is a tough clean in general, but especially because it's white it might not work, but asked if I wanted him to try anyway. It. Looks. Immaculate. I am so impressed.Two of the buttons had rusted from the urine and were reddish orange around the outsides - it didn't even occur to me that it might be rust, I just thought the urine had absorbed there. I was hoping he could at least fix the fabric and I might have to replace the buttons separately, but both now look pristine and white and there's no sign of the urine stain.I'm still going to wait 48 hours - he told me you can't really tell for sure if the stain is gone until the fabric dries - but this SO far exceeded my expectations of what was possible. It looks like a brand new chaise.
