I have been using Website box for awhile. I was not a big fan of their platform change as I lost a lot of functionality and some features. Also their recent change to a yearly fee was not convenient either. However what they lack there they definitely make up for in customer service. I was assigned a contact (one of their better changes) her name is Candy. She has been amazing! She has always responded and is genuinely trying to help with the issues I come across. Some have been challenging and she is friendly and really tries to help solve the issue. I would give Candy 10 stars out of the 5. Thanks again!

About a month ago, I decided to use the Websitebox service to set up my Real Estate website and I have to tell you that Travis was amazing walking me trough the entire process and answering all my questions.It took me about a month to customize it the way I wanted it.I added pictures, videos and texts, the way Travis had suggested...and I couldn't be happier with the results!!Finally I ended up with a very professional, well designed and easy to navigate Website.Got the best value for the price...I just love it!

WebsiteBox is one of the most cost friendly real estate agent websites I've seen and for the cost you get A LOT of great features to get you going in the right direction. The staff are so helpful, I worked with Candy and she was able to get my site up and running in no time at all. In my book staff make or break a company, so I really appreciated how dedicated and helpful the employees at WebsiteBox were when it came to getting my site published.

I set up my website with them few years back as they were $99 one time cost. I put all my hard work to set up my website & was running fine till recently, when I received email from them that I have to pay $99 every year now.Well, If you have introduced new pricing plans, it should be for new customers. Why penalizing existing customers who bought your product with previous one time cost plan. So, after giving few notices they cancelled my account & put my website down. I am completely dissatisfied and won't recommend them to anyone.Looking into filing a class action lawsuit if aanyone is interested.

Great platform to take your business to the next level! As my account manager in charge of the content on my website, Jenny-May was very professional and communicated effectively so that I never felt as though I was in the dark. Setting up a real estate website with WebsiteBox, and Candy Carredo was my assigned assistant. Although the company is in Canada, she seemed to be sitting right next to me in real-time... She was great! Professional, well-spoken and very polite and professional (and patient!)... I watched my screen as she made lighting-fast changes and formatting modifications! Very highly recommend that you ask for her if you get a chance...

I can't express in words how frustrating this company has been to work with. I was told from the start that it would only be $99/yr After a time, things were changed and my account closed. I expressed my frustration and received a reply stating that in order to activate my account I had to pay three times what was agreed upon. There was no apology in the response. The one star reflects their lack of empathy and customer service. Their actions prove that they only care about a profit and are misleading in their sales tactics.

The best thing about this company is Tiffany V! Tiffany helped us to develop an amazing website. We are novices in website development and in a one hour session she thoroughly explained the information so that we could get our website up and running in a day! What took the longest was a third party that had to point our domain to our new website. I wish we would have found WebsiteBox years ago.
