They don’t give you top dollar for your clothes but this is how they are able to keep prices low for the customers. I could waste my time trying to sell things individually on marketplace with unreliable people or can just bring it all here and get it all taken care of at once. Worth the reduction in “earnings” imo. Always find a good deal when I visit and I’m always impressed with the value. Staff are also super friendly.

Very happy after my experience at this store, and even happier to learn the owner is a local resident of Chilliwack with a young family. I thought their offer for what I was selling was reasonable, much easier than trying to sell on my own. I thought the store was very organized and clean, I would highly recommend this store to anyone asking.

I have found great finds for my kiddos here! Lots of local brands and treasures. Store is clean and well laid out. There are other locations closer to me but I prefer shopping at this location because it is always a pleasant shopping experience. Fun to pop into when I’m in the area and pick up new (to me) items at way less than retail.

Very unpleasant experience.I would not recommend selling to this business/franchise. If item is new with tags or as new (worn once) they may give you 5% of its value. Staff were very unfriendly to the point of being rude. Donating to a charity would be more appropriate

I would give them a zero * but it won't let me they are very racist in disguise accept everything from everyone else if your not first nations it's all stained looking and take brand new stuff and give super cheap for it I do not recommend selling stuff to them or buying from them

They are decently priced for buying but not for buying your childs clothes. Ive given brand spankin new clothing with the tag still on them and they still gave me the smallest amount. I think it's easier to sell them individually online. But other than that, the store was clean and organized for the most part.

I love all the different selection for seasonal wear and sizes! The owner and staff are always helpful and the prices are very reasonable! Lots of books and toys as well!
