Came in advance for my appointment time. Instead of calling me in the room on my booked time the staff was accommodating people who came after me and 30+ minutes late for their appointments. Doesn’t make sense to book an appointment at all, seems more fair to walk-in at any other available location.The staff was good despite all previous reviews. The lady who was taking my blood was very polite and positive.

In and out very quickly, not busy if you come after the morning. The staff here were pretty good: quick and professional, not chatty and only talked about matters related to my appointment. I felt comfortable the whole time. Not a lot of parking around so come a bit early.

Came for 9:10 and there were 10 people ahead of me that are all appointments as well. Ended up having wait an hour WITH an appointment. Not efficient at all. Also, the desk lady is extremely rude.. this place needs new staff. DO NOT COME HERE

Not polite, was trying to confirm with the staff which room i should be in after i came out of the bathroom. There is a gray hair mid-age female staff who is not in charge of me yelled at me and said if she asked to sit there, then sit there. I came on 2023/01/17 around 12:50pm. Not a good experience at all. I understand health care are short of staffs, but at least respect people.

just finished blood test in this lab and first, there's a staff named Dana tried to take the blood for me but failed so she asks her colleague to take for me and her name is Joy. Joy is very professional and attentive and she takes the blood for me so easily and smoothly ! she is very kind too !thank you Joy ! your smile like your name - Joy !may God's blessing and joy be with you !thank you !

On a rainy day, with such tight parking space, it is not so nice to tell patients that no appoint no test without even mentioning the option that waiting time is longer if no appointment is made. It was around 2 pm on Apr 20th. The receptionist is the middle age Asian lady on the very right hand from the patients’ queue point of view.

This location do not accept walk ins, book appointment online, I arrived on time, almost no wait time, in and out quickly. Staff are friendly.

The staff here works super slowly I had an appointment at 10:20 but ended up waited for 40mins！then what is the point for making appointment？ Some of their fron desk staff are rude too

Honestly, I had a very great experience here. I hesitated to book my appointment here due to some negative reviews, but they all were great and super efficient. The recipient (Joy) was very helpful and wonderful in her job. The technician was very considerate and asked me how I feel after taking the samples.

Got a Saturday morning appointment here (since all other usual Richmond locations like Saba Road and #3 Rd are fully booked), only found out at time of arrival that there is NO street parking at all! the only parking is from the OTHER side of the whole building which is on the next street… how's ppl supposed to know and find out about 10 mins from booking time?!I had to sneak park at a different mall (risking chance of my car getting towed) and walk all the way from across Capstan way past #3 Rd to get to the lab.When I get to the lab, there is only one lady doing BOTH reception work AND blood sampling… I am lucky that when I was there only one person in front of me, but still took me almost 10 mins before I can get to my booth and get my blood drawn.I heard from the nurse (Reception / blood sampling lady) that the parking cost $3.00 an hour but you can park for 30 mins only ($1.50)… I guess it is not the pricing but that the parking entrance is hard to find (no one would expect the parking to be at the next street adjacent to the back of the building…?),maybe this info should be shown on the Lifelab website for this specific location? That would help people not getting really stressed just trying to get to their appointment on-time while struggling to find a parking spot…
