Good collection and I got an excellent deal for my sandals at 50% off. What stood out for me was the store staff, they were attentive and patiently helped me try different designs. In some of the other stores at Eaton, I had felt invisible so I was really pleasantly surprised to receive good treatment. So after touring many stores I finally made a purchase.

My girlfriend bought a purse at this location on Aug 15/20. When we opened it in the hotel that night we realized it was damaged. We went back the next day and all of the same purses had similar damage. They refused to refund us and despite being aware that we were tourists and on a tight schedule to leave the city sent us on a wild goose chase to a nearby store. The other location only had one purse and despite assuring us it was not damaged over the phone it too had similar damage. They still refused to refund us and forced us to take a gift receipt. Very disappointed with the management.

Excellent service. The girl who attend us was very kind with us and made us have a great moment at the store. Even if she was kinda tired, she gave us an exceptional service. She is the girl with the high platforms sandals who sold the same to my girlfriend. The manager should be proud of her.

Rude staff ! I stood in line to get size of shoes and all lady’s ignored me only dealing with people looked like they had money! Had to leave due to fact I waited in store for 25 mins with no one even saying can I get you size. Reason me standing in line is to get size. So I left and went and bought 2 pairs of Gucci shoes in stead they treated me with huge customer service also bought shoe cleaner with them as well. Maybe next time Steve Madden

Excellent service. Went in to replace my fall boots, and despite the store being very busy, I was served quickly, the clerk made sure to keep up with me to let me know she had not forgotten I was there, and all staff on site was very friendly and helpful. On the whole, they have excellent and durable products with style. Recommended for their leather boots. This location seems well stocked, and I have never visited without the item I went in for.
