Snow-Care Works

This was our first year with Snow Care and it was perfect . We were kept updated by e-mail during all events . My driveway was always clean before I had to leave in the morning . The staff was always curtious and professional , We'll be back next year . JPP

We decided to shop around this year for a different snow removal company. We had heard good things about Snow Care Works so decided to give them a try. After our first major snow fall, I have a one word review : Awesome !! They are the first company out on our street and the customer service is just incredible. We had an issue with snow packing at the curb. Within thirty minutes after calling them, the issue was resolved. Thank you Snow Care Works for treating us so well.

We have used Snow-Care Works for two seasons now and are very happy with their level of service and quality of work. More importantly, they communicate clearly and often about whatever snow event may be happening. We'll continue to use their services and highly recommend them.

Joel, Andre, and the Snow Care Works team have been generously donating their time to help clear the outdoor skating rinks at Patrick Dugas Park and Bradley Ridge Park in Orleans for six years now. The rink operators know that we can always count on Snow Care Works to help us dig out from big snowfalls and keep the rinks ready for skating. The rink teams recognize that Snow Care Works always prioritizes its paying customers, but will consistently be there to help us out, even if they’ve been going for days taking care of driveways after heavy snow. This was my first year to contract someone do the snow removal so I didn't really know what to expect. The reviews for Snow Care Works were over the top so I went with them, and I am glad I did. Extremely happy in the way they cleared my driveway and my front steps. Highly recommend Snow Care Works to anyone. Thank you to the team.

Snow-Care Works, Joel, André and Team are outstanding! We are proud to call them our #1 Community Partner! They go above and beyond to help our volunteer rink operators at Patrick Dugas and Bradley Ridge ODRs in Trailsedge and Bradley Estates maintain our rinks after snowfalls. They've even gone so far as to clear pathways around the rinks and help us maintain our equipment when we are in a bind. They do all this without asking for anything in return, and without compromising the amazing service to their paying customers (I am one of them and can attest to the incredible service, notifications, follow-ups...). After completing their runs in the neighbourhood after big storms, they still find the time to clear our rinks. Snow-Care Works service is incomparable, and so is Joel! He is all heart and cares so much about giving back, we cannot say enough about how invaluable he and his team have been to our community!

Last winter (2022/23) was the first time I used Snow-Care Works to clear my driveway and the pathway to my front door. Previously I had used another company and wasn't really satisfied with the service I received. Snow-Care Works did a great job. Always timely and well done.
