Cratec Construction
Cratec did a major addition to our home while having to stickhandle through all the supply shortages of the pandemic. Those problems slowed things down, but did not in any way prevent the work from being topnotch. It's not easy putting a modern addition on a 100-year-old home, but they made it all look and feel right. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cratec for any renovation project or new build.

We’ve used Cratec Construction for several large and small scale projects over the last few years. We could not be more pleased with the professionalism and quality Gaius and his team provided.Our renovation came in on budget and on time. Gaius kept us updated throughout the process and suggested solutions that actually saved us money instead of trying to up sell us on needless costs.We will be using them again in the future and would not hesitate to recommend their work.

It was obvious from our first meeting, quality work was important to Cratec Construction. Gaius offered different designs & costing options to meet my needs for a basement & laundry room renovation. I was impressed with the quality of their work and trusted their team in my home. Cratec is my preferred contractor now, having done another bathroom reno, exterior work to update front entry as well replace and expand exterior deck. Gaius will always show up again & again to resolve any last minute finishing details as well. I'm planning my next project already.

Cratec has skillfully handled a number of interior and exterior home renovations for us over the last ten years. They do quality work and are a pleasure to work with. At the outset of any new renovation project, they map out the plan and budget so there are no surprises, and are in regular contact throughout to ensure the project is running smoothly. We also enjoy their ability to meet our needs for customized cabinetry. Overall, they are our contractor of choice!
