Excellent customer service. However, the opening times posted online did not reflect the actual opening times. We went on three separate occasions and they were closed two of the three times when online it said they would be open. Very inconsistent.

People who work here are nice. Standard Starbucks stuff. They blast the music way too loud, though. It’s deafeningly loud. It’s so obnoxiously loud it feels like they just don’t want you to stay.

Closes at 2:30pm most days. I just got kicked out! From Starbucks! Astonishing. Whoever owns the franchise should be fined by headquarters or fired. Too bad because the staff behind the counter is pleasant and competent, hence some stats. I just emptied my rewards card and won't return.

We were happy that this Starbucks was open until 10pm when everything else was closed. The service was really good and the staff are very nice and attentive

The in-store area was still closed 45 minutes after opening due an employee showing up late while there were 3 employees inside. I was flabbergasted to see that the employee was actually simply waiting in their car in the parking lot for 20 minutes...and thendecided to go inside... When I politely asked the staff to notify clients waiting outside, I got 0 active listening, just....rebuffal and excuses about being shortstaff (3 people inside, 2 chatting, 1 working the drive-thru). Very disapointed.

I've been going to Starbucks everyday since I moved here. The staff and the coffee is perfection. There is wi-fi and music as well. The location is sublime.

I bought a Oatmeal at your starbucks and by the time i started eating it the container was breaking down. The insides were melting off and i ended up eating the paper by accident. Very dangerous.
