Had a Crack on 2023 Q5 called my dealer who put me in touch with Uniglass, from my initial phone call to my appointment everything was fully taken care of for me. Uniglass dealt with my insurance, no headaches and extremely professional individuals. My entire experience was tension free and an overall extremely good experience. Rafi and his team are the best people I found in Barrie, i had my windshield’s broken both back and front. Rafi was super quick and an amazing person who helped me out through the whole process, even picked up my class after hours to assist me. I can’t thank you and your team enough. And the best part is they don’t charge you INSANE amount of money. So far best help and assistance throughout the process and only good things from them. You guys did a wonderful job. For some unknown reason my Lexus RX developed a crack from the passenger side to the middle in the last super cold snap. I was putting it off because I don't have much experience in windshield repair (thankfully) . How do you pick a windshield place? But i have to say this was the most painless procedure ever. Their communication was concise and thorough. They handled my insurance claim, and I didn't have to do anything but show up. And it was done while I waited ( with a prior appointment of course). And the shop is spotless! Impressive from start to finish. Thanks guys!

This auto shop goes above and beyond! They were the only shop in Barrie that was able to get my rear windshield in stock (within 2 hours!). They got my vehicle in same-day and had it all replaced in under 2 hours, and were more than generous with their pricing. Not only do they have the best prices in town, but their customer service is exceptional. Huge thanks to Rafi & his family for helping me out!
