If cold storage is a mission critical part of your business, I would highly recommend you find another company to work with. This company does not take its customers seriously nor do they operate ethically. As an example, we had product scheduled to be shipped to their cold storage facility but days before they decided they could not support my pallets. There were numerous emails and phone calls held to verify the incoming product but they left it to the last minute to change it on us, and we had to scramble to find another warehouse and let logistics know of the last minute change. To us it sounded like they wanted to squeeze us for more money. Again, if cold storage is mission critical, do yourself a favour and find a reputable and ethical company to work with.
