Toby Black (insurance agent) is the rudest, most smug, cantankerous, patronizing and impatient person I ever had the misfortune of dealing with in a customer service relationship. Wow. Never experienced anything like it. Try to avoid this place at all costs if you can. He'll make you want to slit your wrists with how rude and insulting he is. Yikes!

I see all these people bad mouthing Toby Black and it’s honestly quite ridiculous. Toby went above and beyond and took the time out of his day everyday to help me with whatever I needed. He made getting insurance a walk in the park and I can’t be more thankful for that. I’m assuming the people dealing with Toby that made bad reviews were probably rude and impatient people from the get go. That is not how he should be recognized as in these reviews. I highly recommended Toby to anyone.

I highly recommend this for whoever is looking for great value insurance.The staff is very knowledgeable, amiable and are very professional.They helped me to cancel my previous insurance policy and switched over seamlessly to a new policy that is at a much better rate.

Toby black is horrible. Extremely condescending and rude and frustrating to deal with. I was paying 300$ MORE PER MONTH for my insurance with Toby and all risks insurance. I went from paying 460 per month to 120 per month I’m not joking. Everything about this place was extremely frustrating and a rip off not to mention the horrible customer service.

Toby is always professional, provides exceptional customer service and is only a call or email away.When we initially switched to All-Risks, we were paying double what we currently are and he was able to find a price that both fit our needs and our wallets.
