Ours has been an amazing and long journey with the Charlton advantage team.I found them through Facebook late 2018 and since then up until when we finally bought our first home this year 2022, they were a consistent presence in our lives.Something that really amazes me about this team is, they made us feel like family from the get-go. Even though we were not ready to buy a home as of 2018, they kept in touch with us and each time we reached out @Amber Williams (our first contact) was always readily available.Over the years, we have enjoyed the yearly plans the team organizes for its clients, we have been to see movies, received free ice cream, gone bowling + good food, and even during covid when everything was closed, we got the cookie flour jar (we got to bake our own cookies, it was so much fun).Trust me, if before even deciding to buy we had this much support, how do you think the experience would be shopping for houses.We started out our home search with Amber Williams and she was so amazing, very professional, warm and she knows her onions (we learnt so much about real estate from her) and never for once did she complain, she was just all out for us and guided us in the right direction. Kristen is very energetic, always readily available to view homes with us and her wealth of experience in this industry went a long way to guide us to finally decide on the home we bought.A common thing with these duo is they are dedicated and obviously love what they do and they work with you; I send chat messages late at night expecting a response the next day, but most often than not, I get a response that same night. they have your interest at heart and above all else, we were not rushed into picking a home at any point in time.We had unwavering support even after we settled on a home, from the reminders, to the directory (home inspection contact, lawyers, cleaners, utility contacts etc- nothing was missed)etc. we received support on the day of the move as well, and guess what, it did not end there, we keep receiving notes and mails from Kristen checking up on us and advising us on one thing or the other.We truly had an amazing experience with the Charlton advantage team (Amber Williams and Kristen Casarin ) and we would highly recommend them any day, anytime.
