Friendly and honest! They gave me detailed information about my repair. The repair job was perfect and I was shocked to see they even vacuumed and washed down alot of the interior when the job was exterior. For weeks I was smiling ,seriously. Its nice driving away satisfied because there are alot of services out there that don't fulfill there promises but this place does!!!!!

Jones did the insurance work replacing the back end on my car. they did a wonderful job and I especially like how clean the car came back. not only did they wash it, but the rest of the paint looks like it was polished and the inside was detailed, even all my mats were cleaned. I didn’t expect that extra service, It’s one of those things that is greatly appreciated

I have had numerous problems with CSN Jones in London, ON where I took my vehicle in for repair. I was recommended to attend this body shop by CAA insurance as it was considered a preferred and trusted body shop and was also persuaded by CSN to go there. I went there for an estimate which was over $18,000 and was told that there were extensive repairs needed beyond what I considered to be necessary. I choose to accept this recommendation based on the preferred status of this auto body shop and CSN Jones telling me that their body shop would do a better job because they followed fords repair guidelines. When the work was completed, the final invoice total came to a whopping $19,847 which I found to be highly excessive due to the fact that this was a moderate collision as indicated on the collision report and carfax report. There were many things replaced or involved in this repair that had nothing to do with the accident in my opinion such as the need to replace the entire roof of the truck, the centre pillar complete replacement even though it was only damaged at the bottom, replacing the front windshield kit, removing the paint protection film, repainting the front fender (which was not damaged in the accident) and several other repairs as indicated in the repair description in the final invoice. The reason that I feel these repairs are excessive is because I went to 5 other auto body shops in London that are rated the best in the business and they all told me that the work performed was vastly excessive, unnecessary and overcharged. I had one estimate from a competing body shop in London and they quoted me approximately $7000 to repair the vehicle. All of the other auto body shops gave me similar estimates in that price range. They also told me that the roof replacement, entire centre pillar replacement and front glass kit replacement amongst other repairs were not necessary in their professional opinion.Beyond the excessive amount of work and money charged for this repair, I have had nothing but problems with CSN Jones correcting the quality of work produced. When I first picked up my vehicle after these repairs, I noticed many problems with the work and new damage to my vehicle. The damage included scratches all over the interior door panel and plastic moulding on the rear seat, water staining on the header roof panel, heavy paint texture on the repainted doors, wind noise due to the new doors not being aligned properly, large gap along the roof where the rail meets the replaced roof, chipped paint on the front fender that wasn’t there before, scratched glass on the drivers side front door, hanging loose interior panel connecting to the side view mirror, paint protection film that was removed for the repair and not replaced and fresh paint scratches on the newly painted door when I returned my vehicle to them to correct the work. They have since tried blaming this subpar work and extra damage on me to CAA saying it was wear and tear or caused by me driving it while parts were on order. They are even billing CAA for their mistakes.I am shocked that a preferred auto body shop is allowed to operate this way let alone maintain a preferred status with an insurance company. I believe that they are abusing their preferred auto body shop status by overcharging and misleading about the extent of the repairs necessary. Dealing with this auto body shop has been an absolute nightmare and as a result I have put my vehicle up for sale even though I will likely loose way more in depreciation due to the excessive and poor quality repair. I would have obviously lost much less in depreciation if I went with the $7000 estimate from said competitor. If you are with CAA, you should run far far away from this place as they are likely milking the insurance company and will vastly overcharge you. They don't need to be careful or care about the work they do because the insurance company will pay whatever they ask. This inflated invoice total will depreciate your value immensely. Take your vehicle elsewhere trust me. BUYER BEWARE!

Jones auto body provided top notch care. Dylan was so helpful and really helped me deal with different aspect of my insurance and making sure my car was fixed before my lease was up for renewal. I called a lot with extra questions for Dylan and he never seemed rushed even though I know they are so busy! They are very helpful, accommodating and do great work.So glad my friend Henry recommended!

They did a great job but was hoping they would offer a reasonable deal on a small repair right next to the accident repair but they would not.

Jones Auto Body was very helpful. Recognizing the pristine condition of my car, they recommended repair from a collision, rather than simply a write-off which would be the Standard Insurance protocol. It may be a 2006 but was in too good of condition. Further, upon return, the interior was cleaned to a very high standard. I would certainly recommend Jones to anyone.

Jones' Auto Body is full of absolutely phenomenal humans. My poor car hit a racoon and they made sure everything down to the furthest bolt away was as good as new. The car was beautifully detailed, and they buffed out a little mark on the exterior that wasn't associated with the racoon. Once we found out my plates were stolen before my car got to their lot, they helped start to finish and even put both plates on. Beautiful souls work here, and you should visit
