I drove in on lunch break through drivethru and ordered the new Mc Crispy. Got back to site had a bite only to realize you guys forgot the crispy(where's my bacon!).. you s*ck!

The food is gross which is on par for McDonald's. You all know the deal. It's not even cheap anymore. The staff are fine but it's generally not clean enough for my standards.

A bunch of kids working at around 940pm, yelling, swearing, crying. looks like they need a proper team lead in the evening... they aren't half bad during the day though. Gave them an extra star because of that

Update: this location has picked up its game, the wait times are less, the food is hot & done correctly.1star review:Staff is very nice but the food is hardly ever done correctly. More often than not there is missing ingredients on the burgers. This review is after many experiences.Spent an HOUR in the drive thru.Slowest “fast food” I’ve ever experienced(it has never taken less than 20 minutes to receive the food)

Did a mobile order. Went to drive thru and issue with payment. Mine showed paid, and their side showed not paid. By the time I got to the second window, my payment was reversed. I told them, and was going to pay. Told no, it was their error and told to have a great day. I offered again as I know this happens. Told again to have a great day. It's not alot of money, but amazed at the great customer service.

The coke tasted like syrup. Fries only have filled. Missing an entire happy meal. Fries also soggy. I so disappointed in this McDonald’s and it is not the first time.

It took nearly 30 minutes for a simple hotcakes happy meal (2), a hotcakes meal, and an egg BLT bagel sandwich, all of which was ordered at a kiosk inside for takeout. The restaurant was not busy at all with nobody lined up to place orders at the till or the kiosks. The drive thru had a few cars, but was not nearly as busy as this location usually is.Upon checking the order, a hash brown was missed and they gave toys instead of books which was requested upon ordering. Once at home, I noticed that 2 of the 3 milks that were ordered expired today, they also didn't provide any butter and only the happy meals contained syrup. The bacon on the egg BLT bagel sandwich was small little pieces, not bacon strips. Everything other than the egg BLT bagel was also cold (egg BLT bagel sandwich was the last item to be prepared and packed). It's sad when the McDonald's inside the Walmart is more consistent than the standalone restaurant.I spoke with an assistant manager regarding all of these issues and she asked me to return with the food and they'd prepare it again. I said no that I'm not waiting any longer and that we'll warm it up at home. I did request a refund, which they did honour. This is the only reason I gave this a 2-star review.
