I normally do not go out of my way to do a report; unless someone is extremely good or really bad. I had a few instances when I could give this place a negative review. I did not do it; because a few very good people on sales and on parts. The same does not apply to service. Service is slow, inacirate and very expensive. I came for a coolant level sensor; service wanted to change the tank and sensor. I said no, I only need a sensor. They had 2 sensors, aftermarket=$54.00 and OEM=$357.00. I was never asked, service decided that the ORM was more appropriated for my budget. Confronted with a bill of $623.00 I asked if there wasn’t an alternative to ORM. Service said nope. i paid and went straight to parts; there were 5 aftermarket sensors available since 2 weeks. You might think that this was sufficient to triger this review. NOPE, I have plenty to complain about KW Mississauga service.

Service department needs major improvement…poor workmanship on the technicians…But the parts department are one of the best guys to deal with…they help you as much as possible making sure you find the part or directing you to where you can find parts…

This is wonderful place .Customer service is amazing.In service department the service manager mr Fred is a wonderful person with amazing service skills.Very friendly with staff.All maintenance staff members are very skilled and professional.Shop is well organized and clean.Wonderful working environment.

Very helpful service and parts can't forget the Gentleman that works the yard when we were there.

Purchased parts yesterday from this location. I walked in without my mask as I have a medical condition exempts me from doing so. The parts staff were friendly and accommodating to meet customer needs. As I'm standing waiting for my order to be picked a technician approaches his side of the desk on service and locks eyes on me and feels the need to ask why I'm not wearing a mask I said I don't sorry. He the states there are rules here and I replied rules that don't overwrite law. Your staff are not enforcers of the law and make the experience of shopping very uncomfortable. Please read and follow the charter rights and freedoms of Canada as your discrimination to those whom do not deserve it is not warranted

So over the phone you get good price and when you get there is different story , and best part is: yes we have it , next day no we don't have it .

Used to be my go to place for parts but lately they have become really annoying, the parts guy keeps asking dumb questions. He made me come back multiple times and waste my time

Best customer service experience I’ve ever received. (Especially with the parts department) The whole squad literally went above and beyond to make sure I got the right parts for my truck (since it was leaking coolant from the shut off valve ) they came out to my truck about 4 different times even with their mechanic just to be sure everything would be fine and that they’re giving me the right part.Thanks to everyone especially Rajan Bikran Devo Ot-Singh and don’t forget Rudy yeah they might’ve been using her computer too lol
