I am not very experienced with taxes, but Freda is someone you can trust and count on with your tax returns and she always knows what she’s doing. Not only that, Freda is a very caring person who will also give helpful advice when it comes to finances and your career.

Highly recommend! Freda is very responsive and clear on how she will file for our individual tax returns as it is our first year filing tax. She is very detailed and walk us step by step. Would definitely recommend her to anyone who need an accountant!

Freda seemed to be a right choice in the beginning with many promises but then things quickly changed to my surprise. I was on vacation when she started demanding a heavy sum of monies (in thousands) for bookkeeping services I could have paid a student 200 to complete, then she started giving me some not so sound" instructions and guidance on saving taxes and was driving things using fear unnecessarily. I had to get a second opinion and found all her claims/reasoning flawed. I lost faith and quickly changed accountant. Now she is withholding information from the new accountant illegally

Freda (the Tax Consultant at 3A Tax Services) was great! I came to Canada as an international student and had a lot of issues with the CRA when I filled my first tax returns. The CRA disputed my tax returns, and I essentially knew no one in Canada that could help me out. Freda stepped up and helped me out tremendously. She was super accommodating of my situation as a foreign student.I spent almost one year in what felt like an endless battle with the CRA in order to get the money that they owed me. Freda held my hand throughout the process and stood up for me. She gave me excellent financial advice, helped me navigate through the crazy bureaucracies that the CRA imposes, and ultimately helped me get the money I deserved. I eventually got even better tax returns than I expected because of Freda's help.My whole experience with dealing with the CRA was very stress. I am, however, glad that Freda was there to aid me.Thanks a lot :)

She provides excellent customer service and answers all the tax-related questions that I have. Freda was an excellent accountant and helped me submit my tax returns. Freda is an exceptional professional and would make me feel like I was a special client. She was extremely responsive and would address any concerns or issues I had, she would even work late hours to figure things out for me! Amazing!I highly recommend Freda since she is incredibly transparent and resourceful! She is not only one of the best accountants I have dealt with but also one of the best professionals.One thing I appreciated about Freda was that we initially agreed on a quote for her services, which was initially higher than a normal personal tax return service since she thought my tax returns would be very complicated. But to my surprise, after completing my returns Freda told me she would only charge me the normal price since they were a lot simpler than anticipated! This tells me she is an honest person that wants to help her clients and is not trying to gain an extra dollar from her clients whenever possible. In other words, she does what is best for her clients.I greatly appreciate her honesty, responsiveness, hard work and transparency with her clients!
