Lorita has been my therapist for 22 years. I see her once a week and credit her ongoing treatments for keeping me mobile. We’ve done a combination of deep tissue, myofacscial and cranial sacral treatments and all have been extremely effective. She is constantly learning new methods and offering valuable suggestions. I really don’t know what I’d do without her and I’m very glad to recommend her.

Lorita is gifted at what she does. She has an uncanny ability to sense what your body needs and knows exactly how to address it. Once she simply rested her hands on my legs and said she sensed I was sore in my stomach area. My ab muscles were, indeed, incredibly sore that day after a workout. She just knows!She’s helped me manage TMJ issues, sciatic nerve pain, post-orthopedic surgery recovery, and headaches, among other things. I recommend her to everyone and I won’t go anywhere else as long as she’s working!

Lorita has completely changed my perspective on massage with all of the amazing and effective techniques she applies to her practice. Along with some chiropractic work, she has helped me combat chronic headaches and is helping me with everything from neck and hip pain to my mobility and she’s full of helpful resources for maintenance between appointments.
