What a great company! We needed to replace an old awning and Ken was quick to come out and give me all the particulars. The installation was flawless and it looks great!Even a year later when I had a question about the angle of the awning I got an answer right away. I wish every company was this great to work with. I was working under tight timelines and budget constraints, moving my business from Granville Island to Edgemont Village in North Van. There was a name sticker on the awning for the previous business, and I called it but they didn't pick up or return calls, for weeks. I was overwhelmed with packing and staffing, sales and planning and forgot to get on the task...and when I remembered a few weeks before opening, I panicked! Other quotes were coming in that were hundreds of dollars higher, and with two months lead time. When I finally connected with Ancient Mariner, I was relieved to get a decent quote and a turn-around time that had the awning up before I opened. A wonderful experience! We needed the fabric of our awning replaced, and had a great experience. The owner, Ken, is very pleasant, and the service was fabulous: he came the same day we called to take some measurements and to show us a book of fabric samples; he gave us a quote the next day, and replaced the fabric a week later. The result looks great. I would definitely take them again.

I highly recommend ancient mariner company if you are looking for installing the awning . Ken is amazing , he quickly came over to quote me a price with all the option . Although we are not able to afford to do it this summer . We certainly will use them in our future .
