Absolutely incredible builder. By far the most proud one I've ever met. Driving around any of their older sites clearly demonstrates they care about the product they produce. Their homes and communities age very nicely and their initial build quality is second to none. Highly recommended.

We purchased a home frome Jeffery Homes in November 2020. To date the sales representative (Bev) has been amazing. She has responded to all of our questions in a reasonable timely manner. We recently had some concerns and the builder called us to answer a question/concern. We had our first decor appointment today. The finishes to pick from are good quality and numerous . I would highly recommend this builder.

Very dirty and hard to keep the house clean with all the constant construction. Construction workers leaving tools on ground and garbage, nails. I have a 2 year old and it's very unsafe. Water pressure here sucks.
