SharkNinja Operating LLC (CAN)

J'ai acheté un Mélangeur froid et chaud Ninja® Foodi™ avec 12 programmes préréglés Auto IQ, noir, 1400 W - modèle HB150C (valeur 180$). Je trippais vraiment sur cet appareil.Après 4 utilisations, la base du mélangeur a arrêté de fonctionner. Shark Ninja a remplacé la base de l'appareil sans frais (sauf le transport) avec le modèle HB152.Après environ 4-5 utilisations, la base s'est encore arrêtée. Impossible de l'allumer, rien ne fonctionne.J'ai rappelé Shark Ninja, et la dame me dit que la garantie est terminée, car c'est le premier appareil qui est garanti et non le deuxième. Donc, elle me propose d'en acheter un autre...NON fini la marque Ninja!

Called Shark on the number indicated on the website. Thrice the phone was disconnected by Customer service after troubleshooting. When it came to registering the unit, Shark was not able to see the online registration. When I asked them to make a fresh registration representative indicated that they cant find model UC345CCO. This model was provided to them from the Instruction booklet and from the silver sticker on the unit.

Sharkninja warehouse dispatcher is so rude. Forlift guys never load you on time. Totally time waste for truck drivers

We bought an air fryer on their website during black friday (using a promotion).After several weeks without any news from them (and the tracking number was not working), we contacted them (again, lack of efficiency in customer service but hey).They told us that our order had been cancelled (not by us by the way) and that if we wanted the product, we had to buy it again and full price of course.So no thanks, it will be another brand for us.
