Adriana is an absolute gem! She helped my partner Louis to find the right skincare products and gave great advice on what is best for him. This is a true specialist!

I've been to a lot of Shoppers Drug Marts specifically for their beauty boutique and this one was far and away the best I've ever been to. I was greeted promptly and warmly by the floor staff, given excellent advice and product recommendation for my dry skin (which has since gotten better after using the stuff I bought!), all the while feeling like a valued customer. The manager happened to be in the vicinity while I was there was kind enough to check in with me and her staff to ensure I was happy and that they had everything they needed to help me. Unbelievably impressed!

It's an ok place. some of Customer service reps at checkout are nice and friendly. There have been a couple that wouldn't make eye contact or respond to my greetings.What tends to bother me here when shopping. I am almost always followed around the store. Until I am ready to go through checkout. They try to appear inconspicuous but. It doesn't work. I find they stand out from anyone else. I have gone to this location a few times. I've received the same out come each time I've gone. The only reason I go there now is if I absolutely need something and unable to go to another shoppers there isn't one closer so londondrugs store near by. There service and atmosphere is so much more comfortable and un judging and better. For any location. I gotten better treated with londondrugs store's.I really think and feel shoppers drug mart store is judgemental with ethnicity. I've gone to 2 other locations as well. I've been to a few through out lower mainland. It's been a couple I've been treated similar. It's frustrating and offensive. Growing up with it, living in neighborhoods threw the years. You get to know that specific look and attitude and attention towards you. So it can be spotted most times. Being categorized.Thanks
